Analog ASIC Group Leader (ASIC)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; onsite required.

Base salary: $95,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage administrative details, staffing needs, hiring requisitions, resume reviews, interviews, and career development for group members.
• Lead, mentor, develop expertise, communicate management information, and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for the analog ASIC area.
• Shape technology offerings and open new business areas based on program and technical experience.
• Analyze hirify.global strategy and develop capability roadmaps aligned with customer strategic priorities.
• Maintain awareness of group activities and address issues affecting the group.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, including the design, development, and management of complex systems.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Excellent ability to present technical material to engineering organizations and customers at various levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to supervise a team of 10–20.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
