Director of Information Systems (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, Tennessee; based at the Eagle, Idaho Service Center, with expected travel to operations across the Western United States.

What you will do

• Lead the growth and development of a home health and hospice-focused information systems team.
• Manage relationships with HomeCare Homebase and other information systems partners.
• Improve information systems outcomes, user experience, and spending across Cornerstone operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal data security and protected health information requirements.
• Communicate information systems priorities, strategies, security issues, spending, opportunities, and risks to varied audiences.
• Develop information systems strategies for new acquisitions and resolve escalated issues involving remote devices, networks, email, Citrix, and clinical and financial applications including HomeCare Homebase, ADP Enterprise, Workday, and Great Plains.

Requirements

• Four or more years of demonstrated expertise as an information systems leader.
• Outstanding technical, problem-solving, leadership, team management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to motivate change and drive action through interpretation of information systems and operational data.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead major IT projects.
• Ability to balance existing systems while challenging the status quo and to excel in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience meeting the information systems needs of a mobile workforce; home health and hospice industry experience and HomeCare Homebase experience are strongly considered.
