AI & Analytics Lead Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary AI & Analytics point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, workflows, use cases, and implementation considerations.
• Translate client objectives and project requirements into practical AI & Analytics strategies and manage complex projects from strategy through execution when appropriate.
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders, track dependencies and service-delivery risks, and manage client escalations through resolution.
• Mentor consultants and team members, share emerging developments and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Apply business judgment to evaluate scope, efficiency, scalability, resource requirements, commercial implications, and client- or project-related metrics.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Data Analytics, eDiscovery, legal technology, AI, or comparable consulting services.
• Advanced understanding of Data Analytics concepts, tools, and workflows, including Relativity, Brainspace, Excel, and/or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, including generative AI and its application to legal, eDiscovery, or data-intensive workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI use cases and advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and appropriate implementation.
• Ability to independently assess complex client and project situations, manage complex workflows, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills, including expectation and escalation management.
• Ability to coordinate and influence across teams without formal authority and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Ability to consider operational and commercial implications when evaluating client solutions.
• JD, Paralegal Certificate, BS in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Retrieval Sciences, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience.
