Member Value Consultant - AI Assistant

Location: Any hirify.global location; listed locations include Cedar Rapids, IA, Lake Saint Louis, MO, and Mandan, ND. The role includes remote and onsite Member consulting, low to moderate travel, and event presentations.

What you will do

• Provide remote and onsite consulting, training, and implementation guidance on hirify.global’s AI Assistant and agentic workflows.
• Assess Member readiness, identify high-value AI use cases, and prioritize them by value, effort, and risk.
• Advise on workflow design, review and approval steps, prompt standards, phased rollouts, acceptable use, and human review requirements.
• Develop and deliver role-based training, workshops, prompt guides, quick-start sheets, videos, playbooks, release notes, and Member success stories.
• Build champions programs, establish success metrics and baselines, track adoption, identify stalled initiatives, and produce value summaries for leadership and boards.
• Coordinate with Information Security, Compliance, Product, Support, Account Management, Members, user groups, webinars, and industry events; test new AI capabilities and travel as needed.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for real work, including writing effective prompts and judging output quality.
• Working understanding of what current AI tools do well and where they fall short, with the ability to explain both plainly.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and acceptable-use practices for enterprise AI.
• Advanced presentation, facilitation, and training skills, including teaching non-technical staff with varying comfort levels.
• Consultative approach, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to create guides, summaries, and Member communications for non-technical audiences.
• Advanced understanding of change management best practices.
• Good judgment on risk, including knowing when output requires human review and when to involve Security or Compliance.
• Excellent research, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, time-management, expectation-management, initiative, and accountability skills.
• Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position.

Nice to have

• 5–10 years of related experience in customer-facing consulting, training, business analysis, or solutions roles.
• Experience configuring or supporting agentic or workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of the Utility and Broadband industries or experience with hirify.global products and Member workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
