Manager, Enterprise (AI)

Location: London; hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office. Global travel for client work is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise AI transformation engagements, from scoping and discovery through recommendations, roadmaps, and delivery.
• Own day-to-day relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data leaders.
• Design target-state capabilities, digital operating models, transformation roadmaps, executive workshops, and working sessions.
• Direct engagement teams, set analytical approaches, review deliverables, and ensure quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise clients on AI and digital innovation opportunities and their impact on products and customer experiences.
• Grow client relationships by shaping proposals, business cases, follow-on engagements, thought leadership, and market-facing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in client-facing enterprise or corporate work; consulting, strategy, or advisory experience is a plus.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end and directing engagement teams.
• Strong executive presence and experience advising senior stakeholders and leading executive-level conversations.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person collaboration; availability for four or more office days per week in London and willingness to travel globally.
