Senior Business Developer (Cyber Insurance)

Location: Germany; fully remote within Germany, with willingness to travel within Germany/DACH.

What you will do

• Develop new broker relationships through inbound leads and strategic outreach.
• Contribute to sales strategy, identify target brokers and clients, and support outbound campaigns.
• Drive qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, quotas, and closed business while maintaining accurate activity reporting and forecasting.
• Support post-sales activities and strategic relationship management for mid- to large-sized broker partners.
• Improve broker satisfaction and customer experience by understanding insurance and technology solutions and addressing risks affecting broker business goals.
• Monitor and analyze hirify.global adoption and utilization trends and provide guidance during broker success reviews.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in cyber insurance with demonstrated sales management capability.
• Established broker relationships in Germany.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts and terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, dynamic, virtual environment and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Proactive willingness to deepen existing partnerships, build new ones, support team success, and travel within Germany/DACH.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Experience in other Financial Lines insurance, ideally TECH E&O.
• Established relationships with broker partners across the DACH region.
