Professional Services Consultant (Fluent in Spanish) (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, technical environments, architectures, workflows, integrations, requirements, and constraints.
• Own stakeholder communications, status updates, risk identification, dependencies, and implementation planning throughout customer engagements.
• Design, document, configure, integrate, test, validate, migrate, and deploy customer solutions through go-live.
• Troubleshoot complex technical blockers and manage escalations to Product or Engineering when required.
• Provide API documentation, technical workshops, solution walkthroughs, knowledge-transfer sessions, and administrator enablement.
• Guide customers toward long-term solution ownership and recommend improvements or additional capabilities based on their objectives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of industry experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role at a SaaS/AI technology company or consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in IT security and AI/SaaS technology.
• Experience working with M365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong technical discovery, requirements-gathering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage the technical components of multiple customer engagements with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, time management, collaboration, and teamwork skills; highly organized and result-oriented.
• Integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment.
• Fluent Spanish.
