AI Solution Consultant

UMA is partnering with a fast-growing agentic AI company that transforms complex manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows for large organisations.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and other functions to understand complex processes, systems, and pain points.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to redesign or automate workflows using AI, challenging established ways of working rather than simply digitising them.
• Translate business problems into clear solution blueprints, requirements, and process flows.
• Map integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers and Architects from initial concept through delivery and UAT.
• Define success metrics, demonstrate business impact, and present solutions to operational stakeholders, VPs, and C-level leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong experience leading discovery and understanding complex business processes.
• Ability to challenge existing workflows and assess why processes are performed in a particular way.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to discuss AI and automation without needing to be a Software Engineer.
• Strong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, build-ready solutions.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
