Senior Program Manager (Real Estate/Construction)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.

What you will do

• Guide a group of program managers in delivering highly complex programs from initiation through requirements gathering, design, construction, testing, implementation, and closure.
• Define program goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, costs, and resource plans.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, timelines, risks, and deviations from program plans; recommend corrective actions.
• Provide expert program management guidance and business consulting with minimal direction.
• Coach and mentor teams, build consensus, negotiate deliverables, and manage relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Analyze program data and prepare executive-level presentations on status, changes, and milestone achievements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of Program Management experience within real estate or construction.
• Experience delivering large projects from planning through implementation, with a strong understanding of program management practices, procedures, and principles.
• Ability to analyze detailed concepts, resolve project issues quickly, and assess the advantages and disadvantages of solutions.
• Degree or diploma in a related field of study.
• Capabilities in analytical thinking, deliverables management, end-to-end testing, leadership, project coordination, project delivery, requirements gathering, and strategic business consulting.
• Ability to communicate clearly, write with impact, build consensus, collaborate, manage relationships, and guide teams toward shared goals.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
