Legal Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year. Stock options may be offered in addition to base pay.

What you will do

• Track and forecast changes in law across applicable jurisdictions.
• Research regulations and report their impact on the business, products, and customers.
• Assist in-house counsel with contracting processes.
• Research and schedule legal education for in-house counsel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, executives, and other cross-functional teams.
• Improve legal operations through new technologies, tools, research processes, and contract-management practices; protect information assets and report suspected security or policy violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong desire to understand laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated success in a competitive environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while executing independently.
• Motivation to excel, learn, and actively contribute.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
