Project Management & Business Analytics Intern

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; on-site role. Candidates must currently be enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled through the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with their university. Availability is required from February 2027 through June–July 2027.

What you will do

• Support the organization and follow-up of the Global Repair & Refurbish Operational Excellence team’s project portfolio, tracking status, costs, risks, issues, milestones, and business impact.
• Improve and standardize project tracking, governance, reporting processes, and documentation.
• Prepare project updates and executive summaries on portfolio performance and priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance and project stakeholders to validate, track, and report project savings and business impact.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
• Collect and analyze operational and business data, define and maintain KPIs, improve data quality, and automate recurring reporting activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, business analytics, data visualization, and operational excellence.
• Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and translate information into clear insights.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis, with interest in developing Microsoft Power BI and reporting automation skills.
• Interest in supply chain, repair, service, or operational environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, reliable, curious, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy in an international and cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with AI tools, Power BI, databases, or other analytics tools.
