Project Manager - Technology Projects (AI)

Location: Hybrid work model with an office in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Coordinate technology project execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Scientific, and AI Research teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and task-tracking boards.
• Facilitate standups, sync meetings, sprint reviews, follow-ups, and planning sessions.
• Track technical risks and blockers, escalating issues when needed.
• Translate technical discussions into clear next steps, aligned action plans, and documented decisions.
• Support release planning, delivery coordination, and improvements to project execution in a SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LLM or AI product development and SaaS product development environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, technical product delivery, organization, and communication.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with Jira or similar project-tracking tools is required.

Nice to have

• Transition from a technical role into delivery management.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, clinical environments, or AI-driven products.
• Understanding of how AI systems are developed, validated, or integrated into products.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban.
