Junior Project Manager – Business Analytics

Location: Hybrid, Madrid, Spain. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What you will do

• Query and interpret data using SQL to track branch and expansion performance, identify trends, and produce actionable recommendations.
• Own analytical workstreams within real estate and expansion projects, from data gathering through recommendations.
• Prototype dashboards, trackers, and lightweight internal tools, including tools built with AI-assisted coding such as Claude Code.
• Identify inefficiencies in branch and expansion processes and help implement scalable, data-backed improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives with Purchasing, Expansion, Real Estate, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, engineering, or a similarly analytical role; strong recent graduates with relevant internships or project work may also apply.
• Background in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations.
• Solid SQL skills and willingness to write or adapt queries independently.
• Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code to build small internal tools; formal software engineering experience is not required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI or reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Additional language skills.
