Manager, Business Systems Analyst (AI/Automation)

What you will do

• Lead the Business Analyst portfolio across business units and regions, managing intake, prioritization, capacity, governance cadences, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Manage and coach Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts, including goal-setting, performance management, career development, resource allocation, and upskilling.
• Define and continuously improve BA standards, repositories, templates, Lean practices, and the end-to-end ADLC from intake and discovery through build, UAT, rollout, and benefits realization.
• Oversee discovery quality, gate readiness, Go/No-Go decisions, RAID management, change control, compliance, requirements quality, traceability, and delivery alignment with Architects and PMO.
• Lead business cases, process assessments, automation feasibility analysis, tool selection, and AI-ready requirements covering data, prompts, grounding, agent orchestration, exceptions, human approvals, and evaluation criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, executive readouts, governance forums, stakeholder communications, reporting, handovers, and collaboration across global time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis, Automation, or Digital Transformation, including 3+ years leading Business Analysts or cross-functional delivery teams.
• Proven end-to-end ADLC delivery across Intake, L0/L1/L2 discovery, BRD/PDD, UAT, and Rollout.
• Experience overseeing portfolios with PMO, including prioritization, capacity planning, governance, and value realization.
• Delivery experience covering planning, RAID management, and change control in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Lean-trained BA experience, process modeling with BPMN or Visio, benefits modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with VIA/ServiceNow, Smartsheet, JIRA, PSA, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Technical fluency in Power Automate/RPA, Alteryx, Python, SQL, OCR, and GenAI or agentic tools.
• Practical AI business analysis capability covering GenAI use-case discovery, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge grounding, AI agent workflows, human-in-the-loop design, output evaluation, and responsible AI.

Nice to have

• Experience in automation teams, shared services, operational excellence, or consulting, including multi-region delivery.
• Finance, life sciences, or healthcare industry exposure.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere, SAP, PSFT, Azure/Databricks, and enterprise API/GUI integration.
• ITIL, data security, and governance awareness.
• Executive stakeholder management and executive-ready communications.
• Experience defining requirements for GenAI or agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Cursor, LangGraph, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
• Understanding of AI risks and controls including hallucination, bias, data privacy, prompt injection, secure grounding, explainability, human oversight, and model or agent performance monitoring.
• Preferred or additional certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile certifications, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, Alteryx Designer Core, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder, or equivalent Generative AI/Agentic AI certification.
