Payroll Implementation Specialist (UKG Ready)

Location: Remote

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, with credit given for experience.

What you will do

• Implement payroll services for clients and serve as the initial payroll contact.
• Act as the payroll subject-matter expert for client and internal stakeholders.
• Own testing of payroll-related modules and workflows.
• Deliver training for clients and internal users.
• Participate in process improvement and payroll issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll analytics, or payroll system development.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of payroll auditing, calculations, tax withholdings, wage deductions, and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• UKG Ready experience required. Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
