Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Base salary: $90,000–$160,000 per year, with stock options potentially offered in addition.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute multiple client Deploy Data projects in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Improve and optimize delivery-team procedures, systems, and processes.
• Manage delivery-team members by setting goals, prioritizing work, and providing feedback.
• Implement reporting and productivity goals with useful, visible, and streamlined metrics.
• Interface with clients and executive stakeholders to move projects forward.
• Follow data-maintenance and information-security policies, and report suspected violations or breaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience at a top consulting or banking organization, or in project management or operations at a fast-growing startup.
• Strong leadership experience, including taking initiative and managing others to promote growth and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make analytical, numbers-based decisions.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to engage with clients when necessary.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Energetic, resourceful, driven, and able to take ownership in an unstructured environment.
