Project Manager (PPM)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: $70–$75 per hour; other listed rates range from $60–$85 per hour.

What you will do

• Support project managers with project planning and scheduling adoption through demonstrations, office hours, and one-on-one assistance.
• Support the rollout and adoption of project change-request workflows in the PPM tool.
• Configure and develop portfolio, program, and/or agile management modules using PPM business-process expertise.
• Collaborate with the PPM tool development team across the SDLC, from requirements definition through testing.
• Pilot module rollouts and support expanded enterprise adoption.
• Deliver role-specific training, tips and tricks, knowledge-base articles, and governance committee support.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of IT project management experience in an actual project manager role; experience in other project roles does not count.
• At least 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience.
• Experience with software testing, training, and user-guide development.
• High proficiency in project scheduling using Microsoft Project or another enterprise-class PPM tool.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, or SAFe credentials or experience.
• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience.
