IT Sr Project Manager (Healthcare)

Base pay: $99,300.00–$198,700.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex projects through the full lifecycle from concept and planning to implementation and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain project tracking, monitoring, analysis, and status reporting.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate vendor activities and review vendor deliverables.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance, recommend solutions to complex operational challenges, and serve as a subject matter expert where applicable.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and third-party partners.
• Knowledge of technology implementations, systems integrations, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert within a specialized technical or functional area.
• Strong organizational skills and a record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
