Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Orlando, FL, United States; non-remote. U.S. citizenship, active DoD Secret Clearance, and relocation to the work location are required.

Salary: USD 135,000–170,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with Government customers.
• Lead teams delivering network operations, cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and infrastructure services supporting Army missions.
• Coordinate work across program functions, including staffing, resources, schedules, workloads, and service-level objectives.
• Supervise technical and operational personnel, review performance, prepare reports, and support employee development.
• Identify requirements, resolve risks and operational issues, and implement service improvements with Government and contractor stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with DoD policies, RMF requirements, cybersecurity standards, contract requirements, and enterprise IT best practices.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years of Project Manager experience supporting enterprise IT, network operations, cybersecurity, or related technical environments.
• 6+ years of experience with DoD IT procurement processes, including CHESS, ITAS waivers, hardware acquisitions, software licensing, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise IT service delivery and operational support teams.
• IAT Level II certification or higher under DoD 8570/8140, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
• Working knowledge of RMF, cybersecurity requirements, enterprise infrastructure, and IT service delivery operations.
• Experience managing personnel, resources, schedules, risks, and customer relationships.
• Experience supporting NOCs, SOCs, or similar enterprise support environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience leading programs with 30 or more technical personnel.
• Experience managing Federal Government or Department of Defense contracts.
• Experience supporting Army or Department of Defense operational environments.
• Experience with desktop systems, server infrastructure, networking, virtualization, collaboration platforms, and video teleconferencing solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
