Lead Project Manager (Project Management, Senior Manager)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States; on-site presence in Hawaii five days per week during key installation phases; frequent travel to different bases in Hawaii is required.

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution, integration, and delivery of telecommunications projects.
• Serve as the primary Government point of contact and manage priorities, milestones, risks, issues, and reporting.
• Direct two subordinate Project Managers, technical leads, engineers, technicians, support staff, and subcontractors.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, staffing models, performance metrics, deliverables, and documentation.
• Oversee installation execution and ensure compliance with approved designs, DoD standards, and security requirements.
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, quality, financials, and risk through project close-out.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical project management or engineering leadership experience supporting IT or infrastructure programs.
• Experience as a Lead or Senior Project Manager on large, complex projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, including strong DoD customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or an approved combination of education and additional relevant experience.
• Current Secret clearance and ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.
• Strong communication, organization, independent execution, and cost, schedule, and performance management skills.
