Senior Product Manager (Integrations)

Location: Remote; based in Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for integrations and partner connectivity across APIs, data pipelines, and platform connections.
• Lead product discovery with partners, engineers, and internal stakeholders; query and analyze data directly to validate integration problems and solutions.
• Translate technical constraints and partner requirements into product strategies, roadmaps, API contracts, data flows, and system scope.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from partner onboarding and technical scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Balance new integration launches with the reliability, security, and scalability of existing connections, while aligning Engineering, Legal, Risk, Operations, and external partners.
• Champion experimentation and learning, use AI and analytical tools to accelerate work, and mentor junior product managers or contribute to product management standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience defining and delivering end-to-end products, ideally including integrations, platform, or API-driven products.
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution with technical and partner stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to write SQL or use Databricks, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools to pull and analyze data directly.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integration patterns including webhooks, data pipelines, and authentication.
• Experience designing experiments and working directly with partner and platform teams to scope and validate integrations.
• Practical AI fluency for understanding partner APIs and technical systems, accelerating analysis, and prototyping ideas while validating outputs and handling sensitive data appropriately.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills for aligning technical and non-technical audiences, including external partners.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to identify opportunities and problems early, work hands-on with data and systems, manage multiple workstreams, and drive initiatives independently.
• Advanced English.
• Based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
