Senior Product Manager – Clinical Data & Systems Integration (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and backlog grooming through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Define and execute the roadmap for a product that streamlines clinical trial operations.
• Coordinate engineers, data scientists, clinical experts, and adjacent teams to manage dependencies and deliver milestones.
• Prioritize third-party clinical system integrations and define reliable, secure data flows into the platform.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Research while communicating complex technical progress to executive leadership.
• Define KPIs and use data analysis to measure product health, ROI, and the impact of AI on trial efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, a technical role, business analysis, or a strategic function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience shipping integration-heavy or data-platform products involving APIs, system-to-system connectivity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Understanding of high-reliability products where downtime can stop customer operations.
• Experience coordinating shared data schemas or contracts across teams.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, and an outstanding academic record are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with clinical data systems such as EDC and RTSM/IxRS.
• Experience with other regulated or validated enterprise systems.
