Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile

What you will do

• Own consumer problems end-to-end, from discovery and design through launch and iteration.
• Build working product experiences, prototypes, and experiments using AI and modern product tools.
• Improve discovery, conversion, engagement, repeat behavior, and the overall guest experience.
• Research customer behavior and translate insights into better product experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design on tradeoffs, execution, and launches.
• Maintain a high bar for interaction design, responsiveness, copy, edge cases, and polish.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping products that improved conversion, engagement, retention, or customer experience.
• Exceptional product taste and strong design instincts, including the ability to create user flows and prototypes independently.
• Full-stack product mindset across research, design, analytics, prototyping, experimentation, technical tradeoffs, and execution.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them to increase product output.
• Strong technical intuition around systems, APIs, data, and implementation constraints.
• High agency, strong written communication, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work in a distributed team.
