Systems Integration Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build integrations across ERP, HRIS, CRM, ATS, ITSM, project management, finance, and procurement systems.
• Implement REST API integrations, webhooks, scheduled synchronizations, event-driven workflows, SCIM provisioning, and SSO/SAML.
• Use Palantir Foundry as the primary integration platform and build data transformations, field mappings, validation rules, error handling, retries, and monitoring.
• Lead data migrations for new entities and acquisitions while maintaining consistency across entities, currencies, users, customers, contracts, and financial data.
• Own the systems development lifecycle, including source control, testing, deployment, documentation, and collaboration with external consultants and Enterprise Architecture.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures and data discrepancies, build dashboards and alerts, document runbooks, and provide Level 2/3 support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise integrations across finance and supply chain applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with at least one integration platform: Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Make; custom API development is also accepted.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language; Python is preferred, with JSON also accepted.
• Experience integrating core business systems, including ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce; HRIS systems such as Workday or BambooHR; CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot; and ATS systems such as Greenhouse or Lever.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and data transformation logic.
• Ability to read and write SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including working with API logs, HTTP requests, and JSON payloads.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data integration platforms.
• Background in solutions architecture or enterprise architecture for internal systems.
• Knowledge of SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 compliance requirements for integrations.
• Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or recently public companies with 250–2,000 employees.
• Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD for integration pipelines, including version control, automated testing, and deployment automation.
