  • Define KPIs, report results to senior leadership, and conduct post-event analysis to improve future programming.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in content development, event programming, or sponsorship management within the tradeshow, conference, or healthcare/pharmaceutical events industry, including 5–7 years specifically in medical education or healthcare event management.

  • Commercial acumen covering sponsorship sales, contract management, and ROI analysis, with strong attention to medical content accuracy.
  • Data-driven approach and proficiency with event management, CRM, and content management platforms.
  • High ethical standards, commitment to content and educational independence, adaptability, organization, collaboration, ownership, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak event periods and on-site execution.
