What you will do

• Plan and execute medical education programs, including site selection, lodging, and attendee logistics.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to align educational content with clinical product benefits.
• Travel to and support medical educational events, including equipment setup and teardown.
• Ensure all programs comply with legal, regulatory, and HCC policies.
• Foster professional relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Monitor training programs and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in a professional education environment or adult learning facilitation.
• Understanding of HCP interactions and medical compliance programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 70% or more, including weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
