Staff Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate work across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Identify dependencies, synergies, risks, and issues across the product portfolio; develop contingency plans and adapt strategies.
• Provide progress, risk, and milestone updates to stakeholders and executives while maintaining transparency in decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration among program managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, including at least 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology-focused organization.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, solve problems, and drive alignment across teams.
• Expertise in building and managing program roadmaps and timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices.
• Technical literacy across AI/GenAI systems, data, and platform architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, and Gen AI tools such as Copilot and Claude.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including organizational AI integration, adoption, and business value generation.
• Experience with web applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
