Senior/Principal Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Ireland (Remote-First)

Annual gross fixed pay: €78,000–€116,500, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical programs supporting the sales and customer support ecosystem.
• Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Sales to prioritize work, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
• Enable customer-focused agile delivery and develop solutions that improve sales and customer support effectiveness and efficiency.
• Continuously improve enterprise-wide program management processes and capture best practices.
• Facilitate communication, meetings, status updates, and regular reporting on program progress.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex programs in a technology-driven SaaS environment.
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI/agentic workflows used to optimize program management architectures.
• Proficiency in Agile program management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Rally, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders and communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira and Google Suite.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related equivalent level of work experience.
• Agile certification such as Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA) is required.
• Ability to operate in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Workday.
• Deep proficiency in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks, with the ability to integrate them into practical, future-proof program management strategies.
• Effective presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills with clear and precise communication at all organizational levels.
