Senior Product Manager (Endpoint Security)

Location: Remote in the EU; Bucharest or Cluj, Romania. The role requires being located in Europe and frequent communication with a distributed engineering team in Central European and US time zones.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for endpoint sensor capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint capabilities for data detection and response use cases.
• Engage current and prospective customers to understand explicit and implicit needs, product value, and enterprise use cases.
• Monitor cybersecurity trends and competition, including functionality, pricing, positioning, and buyer and analyst perception.
• Lead endpoint product initiatives from concept through deployment, integrating AI technologies to address insider threats effectively.
• Prioritize the roadmap, define product requirements and user stories, maintain the Definition of Done, support sales objectives, and partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and external audiences on launches and communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing successful enterprise security products in fast-growing businesses.
• Required experience with cross-platform endpoint software, endpoint telemetry collection, and endpoint security areas such as EDR, EPP, or DLP.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint software deployments and evaluating their implications for users and the business.
• Experience managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups while balancing limited engineering resources with customer and sales pressure for features and quality.
• Clear and effective communication with executives, customers, and engineers, with collaboration across customer success/services, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors and leverage an existing network for market and product intelligence.
• Deep technical understanding, strong intuition for estimating feature complexity, and ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms, including RBAC, directory integration, enterprise software deployment, and performance management.
• Proven ability to develop products for diverse large-enterprise needs while enabling efficient engineering delivery; experience working with UX designers, customers, and engineers to create modern, simplifying user interfaces; and a data-driven approach to product decisions.
