Lead Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with access to the central Stockholm office and attendance required at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Oversee the full product catalogue and product strategy, including overall roadmap planning.
• Guide Product Engineers toward high-impact decisions and priorities.
• Collect and share revenue, product analytics, and user feedback data, including MRR, growth, churn, active users, retention, NPS, and customer interviews.
• Translate business context, revenue signals, and market dynamics into strategic direction.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and cybersecurity industry monitoring to drive product changes and feature implementations.
• Anticipate internal and external developments with broad business impact and contribute to product and company strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams to build B2B SaaS products from zero to one, potentially with hands-on involvement.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into clear, high-value problem definitions for execution.
• Strong passion for data-driven product development, short feedback cycles, continuous deployment, and experimentation.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, and stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
• Solid understanding of or strong interest in cybersecurity and software security tools.
• Collaborative leadership skills and the ability to create an environment that brings out the best in team members.
