Senior Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global is an AI research lab developing NEXUS, a large tabular model for enterprise decision-making and structured business data.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, measurement, and iteration of NEXUS inference offerings.
• Translate enterprise customer needs and latency, throughput, capacity, reliability, and cost tradeoffs into product offerings and priorities.
• Partner daily with inference, infrastructure, research, applied AI, product marketing, and go-to-market teams on scope, dependencies, capacity, delivery, packaging, and pricing.
• Work directly with enterprise ML, platform, and IT teams to define production requirements and support advanced model workloads.
• Own model administration capabilities, including deployment versioning, controlled upgrades, rollback, monitoring, and alerts.
• Define enterprise administration and governance capabilities such as customer portals, user and API key management, access controls, auditability, usage visibility, and data-handling controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in model inference, infrastructure, developer platforms, or API products, with ownership of technical products from early development through launch and measurable adoption or revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of inference, model serving, and cloud infrastructure, including architecture and API decisions and latency, throughput, capacity, reliability, and cost tradeoffs.
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of infrastructure economics, including the use of customer needs, usage patterns, and cost drivers to shape offerings and priorities.
• Experience working directly with enterprise ML, platform, or IT teams to understand production requirements and make prioritization decisions between reusable capabilities and customer-specific requests.
• Experience converting ambiguous product goals into executable delivery plans with owners, milestones, and dependencies, and driving cross-functional delivery through launch.
• Experience defining product success metrics and analytics to measure adoption, usage, performance, reliability, and cost, and using insights to prioritize improvements.

Nice to have

• Direct experience owning inference or model-serving products.
• Experience shaping pricing and packaging for technical products.
• Previous software, infrastructure, or ML engineering experience before moving into product management.
• Experience bringing products into customer-controlled environments such as customer VPCs, including integration, security, administration, and support requirements.
• Experience building enterprise security, identity and access management capabilities, or integrations with data and ML platforms.
