Expert Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom; remote-first work environment with frequent face-to-face interaction with colleagues, customers, and partners.

What you will do

• Define the vision, long-term strategy, roadmap, backlog priorities, and release planning for hirify.global Auditor.
• Drive the migration from the on-premises product to a true multi-tenant SaaS offering and close parity gaps.
• Own go-to-market and partnership strategy, including Auditor attachment across the Data Security solution suite and competitive positioning with industry analysts.
• Conduct discovery with internal auditors, compliance officers, and SecOps/SOC analysts to shape audit evidence, framework mapping, and investigation workflows.
• Partner with engineering to deliver compliance reporting, real-time alerting, forensic investigation, behavioral analytics, AI-driven threat detection, and integrations with SIEM, SOAR, and SOC ecosystems.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success on the Auditor-to-1Secure SaaS migration and monitor renewal rate, audit-preparation time, investigation resolution time, and SaaS conversion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years in cybersecurity, data security, threat detection and response, security-investigation products, compliance auditing, IT audit, or SIEM/SOAR/SOC solutions.
• Strong knowledge of DSPM, Data Access Governance, or adjacent domains such as DLP, IGA, compliance automation, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CMMC, and SOC 2, including how audit-ready reporting and evidence are built and maintained.
• Deep familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and SOC technologies and integration patterns, including Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, and ServiceNow; experience with alerting, schema/export design, and workflow/action orchestration.
• Demonstrated success migrating or modernizing a mature on-premises product into a true multi-tenant SaaS offering while protecting a large, high-renewing customer base.
• Comfort owning a multi-tenant SaaS product and its operating cadence, including continuous delivery and telemetry-driven prioritization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
