Cyber Insurance Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Germany or The Hague, hybrid; remote work is also indicated.

What you will do

• Develop cyber insurance products for Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and other European markets, integrating them with Cyber Guard and incident response services.
• Monitor market, carrier, and broker trends and adapt products and policy wordings.
• Support underwriting teams and customers with legal and insurance-related questions.
• Identify compliance risks across jurisdictions and implement solutions aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead carrier management, negotiate and oversee MGA agreements in the EU and UK, and manage capacity for SME and large risks.
• Oversee renewals, build a diversified carrier base, and establish a claims management function aligned with profitability goals and carrier requirements.

Requirements

• Strong legal knowledge of cyber insurance in Germany, the Netherlands, or another EU country.
• Several years of experience with cyber products and policy wordings in underwriting and/or claims handling.
• Understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements, with practical experience in incident response and prevention solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach and motivation to build and scale.
• Ability to work independently, communicate confidently, follow through, and bring others along.
• Confidence negotiating with customers and partners, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluency in English and either German or Dutch.
