Senior Product Manager, AI-Native Products (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Canada; legal authorization to work in Canada is required without employer sponsorship.

Base salary: CAD 134,000–223,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for an AI-native security product surface, from definition through launch.
• Conduct discovery with customers, design partners, and MSP partners, converting research, usage data, and feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Lead 0-to-1 delivery with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams while managing scope, trade-offs, and committed dates.
• Set activation, usage, and retention targets and run experiments to improve adoption and engagement.
• Define product evaluation frameworks and partner with the Securing AI PM and AI Safety Office to meet internal AI standards for quality, safety, and trust.
• Provide requirements and evidence for packaging, licensing, MSP/MSSP models, pricing, finance, sales, executive updates, launches, and field enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience building products for expert users and identifying the right solution, problem, and timing.
• Hands-on experience with the LLM product stack, including RAG, prompt engineering, evaluations, model-selection trade-offs, latency versus quality decisions, and hallucination mitigation.
• Strong understanding of AI feature adoption, onboarding, default behaviors, engagement expansion, and trust-related failure modes.
• Executive-grade written and verbal communication, including communication with CEOs, presidents, CTOs, and other executives.
• Hands-on experience driving action in ambiguous spaces.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity, security operations, IT operations, or observability product experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, or similar technologies.
• Experience with AI governance, data loss prevention, or acceptable-use policy enforcement.
• MSP or MSSP channel product experience, including multi-tenant and partner-delivered models.
