About the Role

You will source and engage qualified candidates for G&A and other business roles, build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and maintain recruiting data. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and support offer and closing processes.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills
• Experience managing interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions including Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and Compliance
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct initial candidate screens and assess candidates against role requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Maintain candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse
• Coordinate interview scheduling across searches and stakeholders
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates
• Support offer and closing processes
