Recruiter (Contract) (Fintech)

Location: Full-time onsite in San Francisco or Palo Alto, California, United States

Salary: $50–$75 USD per hour, depending on leveling and location.

What you will do

• Source and identify candidates across G&A and other business functions using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and related recruiting tools.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct initial screens and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies and keep searches moving.
• Own interview scheduling, candidate communication, pipeline data, and recruiting coordination across multiple searches.
• Support offer and closing processes as needed.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology, fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, or Compliance.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in San Francisco or Palo Alto, United States.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in fintech, financial services, crypto, or digital assets.
• Experience supporting high-volume or multiple concurrent searches.
• Experience recruiting for senior-level G&A positions.
• Experience working in Greenhouse and building sourcing strategies quickly.
