About the Role

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized hardware engineering roles, from defining the role and candidate profile through sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing. You will partner with engineering leaders, use recruiting data to improve processes and forecasts, and use AI tools to streamline research, outreach preparation, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Substantial experience recruiting semiconductor or silicon engineering talent
• Experience hiring across multiple hardware disciplines
• Experience independently sourcing and closing experienced engineers
• Knowledge of the semiconductor development lifecycle and engineering specialties
• Ability to advise engineering leaders and translate hiring needs into search strategies
• Written communication, relationship-building, organization, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting metrics
• Experience using LLMs and agentic AI tools in recruiting workflows
• Ability to manage multiple specialized searches independently

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering roles
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring priorities, candidate profiles, seniority, and interview criteria
• Build passive-candidate pipelines through market mapping, outreach, referrals, and semiconductor-community relationships
• Conduct initial candidate conversations
• Coordinate interview processes and facilitate candidate debriefs
• Develop offer and closing strategies with hiring managers and the People team
• Use pipeline data and market feedback to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting effectiveness
• Provide realistic hiring forecasts
• Improve recruiting tools, workflows, and practices
• Use AI agents for process work such as research, outreach preparation, scheduling, and reporting
