Technical Hardware Recruiter (AI)

Location: Mountain View, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior hardware, ASIC, silicon architecture, AI, and silicon software roles.
• Source and engage specialized candidates in silicon architecture, design verification, systems architecture, and related fields.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers on qualifications, technical standards, and candidate calibration.
• Run efficient interview processes using the WHO Method, targeting a maximum of four to five rounds.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, stages, reporting, and process data in Ashby.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events such as DAC.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Direct experience recruiting AI, ASIC, silicon, semiconductor, RTL, design verification, physical design, or architecture engineers.
• Demonstrated success closing senior engineers against competing offers.
• Technical literacy in AI silicon and custom ASIC development.
• Advanced proficiency with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Operational excellence, low-ego collaboration, and comfort working in an ambiguous, scaling startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting AI/ML and software engineering talent.
• Experience with unconventional computing or physics-based hardware architectures.
• Background in a venture-backed startup, semiconductor company, or research lab.
