Integration Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Cologne, Germany. At least one month of onboarding takes place at the Zurich headquarters.

What you will do

• Onboard customers onto ERP integrations by analyzing IT landscapes, engaging stakeholders, advising on best practices, and installing and configuring integrations.
• Assess and challenge customer change requests and translate them into clear specifications for Integration Engineers.
• Advise customers during self-onboarding and support them through technical integration questions.
• Collaborate with Integration Engineers to improve integrations and streamline the onboarding experience.
• Identify development needs and blockers early, making clear recommendations.
• Support Project Managers with technical feasibility, effort estimation, sequencing, and first go-live activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise integration, or technical product work.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of ERP landscapes, interfaces, master data, and data flows.
• Deep functional and integration knowledge of at least one ERP system, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, or Abas.
• Familiarity with CSV, XML, and JSON formats, as well as REST, SOAP, and SFTP transports.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Understanding of purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, including finance and accounting workflows.
• Experience writing implementation-ready technical specifications.
• Ability to read production code with the help of AI tools to understand integration behavior and answer customer questions.
