Consultant, Enterprise Analytics Delivery (Life Sciences)

Location: Princeton, NJ; ability to work in the Boston, Massachusetts, Philadelphia, or Pennsylvania/New Jersey/NYC area is required.

Base salary: $96,000–$144,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Understand client business needs and develop methodological solutions with senior team members.
• Evaluate secondary data sources and analyze healthcare administrative claims and real-world evidence data.
• Develop business rules, study analyses, actionable insights, and clear client presentations.
• Translate analytical findings into business implications and communicate results to clients and project teams.
• Manage assigned client deliverables and multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Support proposal development, analytics product testing, and effective application of AI tools with quality control.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Public Health, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience analyzing healthcare administrative claims data, such as CMS, IQVIA, Merative MarketScan, HealthVerity, or Komodo.
• Experience with life sciences real-world evidence data is required.
• Experience developing analytical methods for life sciences business questions, including line of therapy, compliance or persistence, and patient journey.
• 2–3 years of programming experience querying data for analysis using SQL; quantitative and analytical skills, including statistical interpretation, are required. Python is used for analysis, with R optional.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI and with Git.
• Self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, innovation, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Graduate training in a STEM field or a Master of Public Health.
• Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field.
