Lead Forward Deployed Healthcare Analyst

Location: United States; fully remote with about 5% travel

Salary: $123,000–$141,000 annually, plus benefits and bonus

What you will do

• Consult Platform-as-a-Service customers on designing decision automation programs that maximize platform value.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams implementing new clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to scope new functionality and enhance existing capabilities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance and client value.
• Analyze authorization data and build or maintain analytical reports and dashboards that inform internal and external stakeholders.
• Track client KPIs, ensure end-to-end automation success throughout the customer lifecycle, and identify opportunities to scale consultation workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, including demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and driving engagement, value, and satisfaction.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Ability to navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis while maintaining professional standards and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in building and/or maintaining dashboards with self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency with SQL for extracting insights from complex healthcare datasets.
• Ability to develop deep product expertise, guide customers, solve strategic issues, and optimize platform value.
• Experience working with internal cross-functional stakeholders on KPI definition and product enhancements.
• Passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system and helping ensure patients receive high-quality care.
• Bachelor’s degree.
