Manager, Value & Access Analytics - GTN Forensics - U.S. Remote (Biotech)

Salary: $124,950.85–$169,051.15 annually

What you will do

• Execute GTN forensics analytical workstreams from business-question framing and data assessment through analysis, validation, and delivery.
• Identify unusual plan-, invoice-, and claims-level patterns, conduct preliminary root-cause analyses, and track feedback and follow-up actions.
• Analyze and reconcile invoice, rebate, claims, contract, access, chargeback, reimbursement, and other market access data.
• Contribute requirements, data definitions, user-acceptance testing, documentation, feedback, and rollout support for analytics tools, data products, and workflows.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, presentations, and communication materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain analytical documentation and support training, release, adoption, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Doctorate or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; or a master's degree in one of these fields and 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in one of these fields and 4 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in biopharmaceuticals, health care analytics, market access, and/or strategy consulting, with familiarity with GTN, payer or provider contracting, pricing, rebates, reimbursement, coverage, or access.
• Experience independently delivering analytical workstreams or supporting analytics products from requirements and data assessment through testing, reporting, and stakeholder adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying patterns and root causes and translating results into business implications.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Anaplan.
• Familiarity with invoice, rebate, claims, contract, chargeback, access, reimbursement, or other health care and market access datasets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration, organization, and project-management skills, including managing multiple priorities and coordinating across teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
