Systems Integrator - Network Engineering

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States. Onsite; no remote or telework allowed.

Salary: $122,214.96–$293,680.73 projected annual compensation range.

What you will do

• Provide direct support to the Chief and Deputy Chief, including schedule management, deconfliction, briefings, and briefing-material coordination.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers, stakeholders, engineers, analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior managers.
• Track action items, resolve problems, coordinate project schedules, and support program reviews and control gate reviews.
• Manage group space allocation and utilization across multiple locations.
• Manage personnel arrival and departure processes through ServiceNow and other business process workflows.
• Serve as Communications Officer and support internal and external communications, reporting, special projects, and Chief of Staff activities.

Requirements

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
• Experience level: BS with 10–12 years, MS with 8–10 years, or PhD with 5–7 years of experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with varied audiences.
• Senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, communication skills, and the ability to develop audience-tailored artifacts.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with judgment, tact, diplomacy, and minimal direction.
• Previous Front Office or Systems Integration experience.
• Ability to coordinate project schedules, program management activities, meetings, briefings, presentations, management plans, and reports.
• Ability to maintain correspondence, suspense files, records, reports, operating procedures, memoranda, and statistical information, and to compose correspondence.
