Project Controller (Power Systems)

Salary: $82,000–$122,900 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate project activities between project managers and engineering teams from quotation through closeout.
• Support proposal development, negotiations, project cost estimates, and order entry.
• Track project schedules, resources, deliverables, deadlines, and finances.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor equipment deliveries.
• Ensure invoices are issued according to project billing schedules.
• Analyze project data and track performance metrics while coordinating with customers, procurement, legal, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project controller or in a similar role.
• Ability to understand technical deliverables in an engineering services organization.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and process discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication about technical subjects.
• Commitment to quality work, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and professional development.

• Experience with Deltek Vision software.
