Project Manager III (Engineering)

Location: Pullman, Washington, with support for engineering teams in Lewiston, Idaho; Moscow, Idaho; Nampa, Idaho; and Post Falls, Idaho. This is an onsite position.

Pay range: $99,500–$130,000 annually for Project Manager III. Other levels may be considered: Project Manager I: $34.42–$43.00 per hour; Project Manager II: $44.33–$47.59 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead engineering projects from concept and initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Coordinate Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, suppliers, technicians, and leadership.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, communications, reviews, and delivery milestones.
• Support process improvements, manufacturing automation deployments, robotics integration, capital equipment installations, and factory optimization.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans and remove obstacles affecting project progress.
• Enable technical teams to deliver solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating technical projects from initiation through implementation.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices.
• Clear and effective written, verbal, and documentation communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Must pass a background check and drug test under SEL requirements.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience managing engineering, automation, or product development projects, particularly in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience using Power BI to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
