Project Analyst II

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, California, United States

Salary: US base salary of $88,837 per year; discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end projects or workflows within Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Food Safety, Marketplace, or another defined business domain.
• Translate business problems into process designs, system requirements, or tooling improvements.
• Lead cross-functional execution while managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project and process performance.
• Identify trade-offs and improvement opportunities within the assigned scope.
• Support rollout and adoption of process or system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• At least 24 months of experience as a Project Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related position.
• Two years of professional experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience working with ERP systems, SAP, workflow tools, or internal platforms.
• Experience building dashboards or defining operational metrics.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured project management methodologies.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be accepted.
