Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology

Location: Nashville, United States; hybrid schedule with office presence required four days per week, Monday through Thursday. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Some travel is required. Standard workday is 7.5 hours, with extended evening and late-night hours sometimes required.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical, corporate, and executive positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with People Experience Business Partners and senior leaders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives, on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Recruit across Information Technology and corporate functions including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Creative, and Administration.
• Provide talent-market intelligence, compensation insights, talent mapping, competitive hiring trends, and strategic recruiting recommendations.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill, leadership, current, and future roles.
• Assess candidates, facilitate interview strategy sessions, advise hiring teams, and support employer branding, process optimization, recruiting technology, reporting, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
• Ability to interpret complex technical job requirements, understand modern technology landscapes, and advise technical leaders credibly.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders at Director level and above as a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical business functions.
• Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and technical hiring practices.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Advanced sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, and market research.
• Excellent consultative, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; experience recruiting across the United States and Canada, including regional hiring practices and employment regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct are material requirements.
