Loan Coordinator (Mortgage)

Location: Springfield, MO, United States

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 in the first year, including base salary and commission; performance incentives may increase earnings.

What you will do

• Guide mortgage loans from the contract stage through closing.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and teammates, respond to questions, and provide timely updates.
• Request, review, organize, and verify loan documents for accuracy and approval readiness.
• Analyze credit, income, and assets while following company and industry guidelines.
• Prepare complete loan files for underwriting and submit materials for closing.
• Attend training, learn loan programs and company guidelines, and support the team where needed except for licensed tasks.
