Team Leader, Integration Center

Location: Wilmington, OH; 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $65,500–$83,129 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee daily activities, staffing schedules, processing operations, and budget adherence for the assigned zone.
• Lead the configuration, depot, and kitting team while providing coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, goals, and improvement plans.
• Assign work based on technician skills and ensure training supports productivity and industry and manufacturer standards.
• Coordinate with directors, managers, sales, and product management on zone strategy, growth, and order status.
• Identify training needs and ensure technicians complete required development.
• Generate daily and weekly KPI, quality, and trend reports for management and supporting departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value-added technology industry and IT services, including configuration services.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including presentations, advanced Word formatting, and spreadsheets.
• Advanced technical aptitude and the ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and their use within a configuration center.
• Advanced Microsoft Access skills for databases and reports.
• Technical research, attention to detail, advanced troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer orientation, clear written and oral communication, adaptability, analytical thinking, root-cause investigation, interpersonal skills, mentoring ability, organization, scheduling, performance monitoring, and the ability to learn with minimal direction.
