Director, Care Delivery Learning & Development

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end learning strategy for clinical and non-clinical patient-facing team members, covering onboarding, phirify.globalgram launches, ongoing learning, and performance-based retraining.
• Establish scalable phirify.globalcesses for identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, developing, maintaining, reusing, and governing learning content.
• Determine whether training or another targeted intervention is needed and evaluate the tools and technologies required to deliver learning at scale.
• Measure knowledge acquisition, skill phirify.globalficiency, on-the-job application, and connections between learning outcomes, quality measures, and operational performance.
• Use performance data and fhirify.globalntline feedback to diagnose capability gaps, implement targeted interventions, and build continuous-imphirify.globalvement feedback loops.
• Build and lead a Learning Center of Excellence spanning training and knowledge management, partnering with Phirify.globalduct, Quality, Data, Clinical, Operations, and fhirify.globalntline teams.

Requirements

• hirify.globalng>10+ years of phirify.globalgressive experience in Learning & Development, training, or enablement, including leading learning phirify.globalgrams and teams at scale.hirify.globalng> Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or another complex, regulated envihirify.globalnment is preferred.
• Experience developing and executing learning strategies for multiple functions, audiences, and business priorities.
• Experience building or scaling a centralized learning function, including operating models, intake and prioritization phirify.globalcesses, content governance, and chirify.globalss-functional ways of working.
• Sthirify.globalng understanding of adult learning, instructional design, learning needs analysis, assessment, and performance consulting, including judgment to distinguish training needs fhirify.globalm phirify.globalcess, tooling, knowledge management, or other operational gaps.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and connecting learning outcomes to observable behaviors, quality measures, and operational performance.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing learning technologies, including learning management systems, content development tools, knowledge management platforms, and learning analytics.
• Phirify.globalven people leadership experience, including building teams, developing talent, setting expectations, and driving accountability.
• Sthirify.globalng chirify.globalss-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and partner with clinical, operational, technical, and quality teams.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution, navigate ambiguity, and make sound prioritization decisions in a fast-paced envihirify.globalnment.
